Vincent Jr. makes it official

Baltimore (Md.) Gilman four-star defensive back Troy Vincent made his decision official Wednesday evening, verbally committing to Bill O'Brien and the Penn State coaching staff.
After about a month of speculation, the nation's 22nd ranked cornerback finally pulled the trigger and committed to the school that was long thought to be his favorite.

He earned more than 20 verbal scholarship offers, including such programs as Arizona State, Arkansas, California, Georgia Tech, Maryland, Michigan, North Carolina, Notre Dame, Pitt, Rutgers, Virginia, West Virginia and Wisconsin.
Vincent will join close friend Marcus Allen and DaQuan Worley as the third defensive back commitment in Penn State's Class of 2014. He is the son of former Philadelphia Eagle cornerback and Wisconsin Badger Troy Vincent Sr.
Blue White Illustrated will have much more on Vincent when he becomes available.
