The latest Rivals100 for the Class of 2020 was released Tuesday.

Penn State has extended scholarship offers to more than quarter of the players that made the list, but the biggest news surrounds three of Penn State's top overall targets, as WR's Julian Fleming and Rakim Jarrett, as well as RB MarShawn Lloyd, were upgraded to five-star prospects.

Jarrett made the biggest improvement in the latest update, jumping 49 spots to No. 13. Fleming was already ranked highly, but still moved up 10 spots to No. 15. Lloyd moved up 15 spots to No. 34 overall.

Penn State is also after a few other players that already held a five-star rating, most notably DE Bryan Bresee, who now sits fifth overall in the nation. Ath. Arik Gilbert, who visited for the Ohio State game in September, is ninth overall, followed by LB Antonie Sampah at No. 10. Another linebacker, Mekhail Sherman, moved down to No. 18 but remains a five-star player. Aside from Gilbert, all of the five-stars listed above have been on campus multiple times over the past year.
