Report: Paterno family to file lawsuit against NCAA

According to a report by PennLive.com, a lawsuit on behalf of Penn State and the Paterno family will be announced on "Costas Tonight" Wednesday at 11 p.m. on the NBC Sports Network.
Family spokesman Dan McGinn is slated to be joined by Paterno attorney Wick Sollers and former Pennsylvania Gov. Dick Thornburgh on the show to discuss their responses to the Freeh Investigation, the report said.
Nearly 11 months since the investigation pinned responsibility on late-head coach Joe Paterno, former athletic director Tim Curley, and university vice president Gary Schultz for covering up the crimes of Jerry Sandusky, the long-rumored lawsuit on behalf of the Paterno family against the NCAA appears to finally be coming to fruition.
