PSU Lands First Verbal

This morning, Phil Grosz confirmed with the York Daily Record that preseason All-American DT John Shaw (6' 5", 278), from Spring Grove High, in Spring Grove, PA, verbally committed to Penn State late yesterday afternoon. He chose the Nittany Lions over Notre Dame, Miami, West Virginia, Virginia Tech and ten other Div. 1-A offers.
