Penn State picks up lucky No. 13

Penn State picked up its 13th verbal commitment this morning when West Mifflin (Pa.) offensive tackle Adam Gress decided to commit to Tom Bradley and the Nittany Lions.
"I committed to Penn State about five minutes ago," Gress said in a text message to BWI on Wednesday morning.

Gress becomes the fifth offensive lineman to commit to the Nittany Lions, and the first player to commit since Curtis Drake on June 12.
He also had offers from Michigan, Rutgers, West Virginia, UCF and a host of MAC schools. In the end, the decision came down to Penn State and West Virginia.
Gress is rated as a three-star prospect by Rivals.com, and is the No. 59-rated offensive tackle in the country.
He earned an offer on June 21, after participating in the Nittany Lions' senior-only camp.
"I'm living the dream," said the lifelong Penn State fan.
BlueWhiteIllustrated.com will have more on this developing story later today.
