Godwin also checks in as the No. 22-ranked receiver in the Class of 2014.
Godwin capped his playing career at Middletown with a Delaware All-State player of the year honor, having reeled in 147 receptions, 2,795 yards and 40 touchdowns receiving during his career, according to DelawareOnline.com. Additionally, Godwin produced 1,063 yards and 12 touchdowns on the ground, as well as 15 punt and kickoff return touchdowns.
Penn State's second and final Rivals250 member from the Class of 2014 is quarterback Michael O'Connor, who is currently enrolled at University Park and taking classes.
O'Connor, much like Godwin, also made a jump in the rankings from No. 192 up to No. 184 today.
The 6-foot-5, 223 pound product out of IMG Academy in Bradenton, Fla., also appeared in the Under Armour Game. Completing 3 of 6 passes, O'Connor connected for 45 yards in passing and one touchdown.
