THE CUT: Virginia Tech, Ohio State, Miami, Penn State and Boston College
WHEN: Wimbush will make his announcement on Twitter and with BleacherReport.com Tuesday night between 7:30-8:30

THE SCOOP:
Penn State, Miami and Ohio State are figured to be the leaders for Wimbush, but considering the timing of his announcement, the general consensus is that he will choose the Nittany Lions. However, he's built a solid relationship with Al Golden and the Miami staff, and Ohio State was long considered a top contender. But Wimbush has twice visited State College since last visiting Columbus. He was scheduled to visit Ohio State at the end of April, but the trip never happened. If he doesn't choose PSU, it'll surprise more than just us at BWI.

THE CUT: Penn State and Ohio State
WHEN: Jenkins will declare his decision Tuesday on Pittsburgh's KDKA-TV during the 6 p.m. sports segment.

THE SCOOP: Both Jenkins and Wimbush picked up offers from Alabama last week, but it won't alter their plans, as the Crimson Tide failed to make the cut for either prospect. In fact, Jenkins has narrowed his list of suitors to only the Nittany Lions and Buckeyes, but PSU is the heavy favorite here. Similar to Wimbush, Jenkins had previously discussed the possibility of visiting Ohio State before making a decision, but that trip was never scheduled. Jenkins visited Penn State's campus Monday and is set to announce around 24 hours later.
