Graham set to transfer

UNIVERSITY PARK, PA.; JUNE 18, 2013 - Penn State rising junior forward Jon Graham (Baltimore, Md.) has been granted a release to transfer from the Nittany Lion basketball program.

"Jon and I have had several meetings to discuss his future and he has decided to seek opportunities to continue his playing career elsewhere," Penn State coach Patrick Chambers said. "Jon is a terrific young man. We thank him for his hard work and wish him the best moving forward."
The 6-8 Graham completed his third season in the program in 2012-13 after redshirting his freshman campaign. He played in 58 career games and made 25 starts over the last two seasons while playing an average of 15 minutes per game. Graham saw action in 31 games last year and made eight starts while posting 1.9 points and 2.7 rebounds per game and leading the team with 25 blocks.
