Penn State will host one of its top offensive line targets this Saturday, May 27, in Waldorf, Md., four-star Rasheed Walker.

Over the past few months, it's become clear that the Nittany Lions are a serious player with the 6-foot-6, 300 pound offensive tackle. Now, he'll return to State College in just a few days for what will be his fourth unofficial visit with the Nittany Lion coaching staff.

"I just want to get back down there," said Walker, who last visited Penn State in January. "My mom hasn't seen campus yet. They want to show her everything that me and my dad saw (before)."

Since his last trip to Penn State, Walker has visited North Carolina, Ohio State and Virginia Tech. Those four schools are all part of his top six. Maryland and Rutgers were also part of that group.

Since the Blue-White Game, the Nittany Lions have added commitments from offensive lineman Nana Asiedu, Bryce Effner and Antwan Reed, giving them three so far in the Class of 2018. It's believed that they'll take two more up front in this year's class.

“We’re basically talking every day now, maybe every other day,” Walker said earlier this month. “Between Coach Huff and Coach Limegrover, we talk on a regular basis. Penn State has been recruiting me since the end of last school year, so basically a year now.

“We have one of the best relationships I’ve been able to build (with any coaching staff). I’ve also been talking to Coach Franklin a good amount, too. Between that and all the visits I’ve taken, I feel comfortable there.”

Walker is currently a member of the Rivals250, coming in at No. 209 overall. He's the 20th-ranked offensive tackle and the sixth-ranked prospect in Maryland for the Class of 2018.

The North Point prospect also earned MVP honors at the Rivals 3 Stripe Camp in New Jersey a few weeks ago. He's been invited to the Five-Star Challenge in Indianapolis next month.
