Adrian Coxson will be a Nittany Lion.
The four-star wide receiver from Baltimore (Md.) City College High made his decision public today via a video blog on DigitalSports.com.

Though he indicated on Saturday afternoon that he had made his choice while in Happy Valley for the Blue White game, he chose to keep the news under wraps until today.
At 6-foot-2, 194 pounds, Coxson becomes the Nittany Lions' third verbal commitment for the class of 2010 and more importantly, builds upon an already strong wide receiving corps from the class of 2009 that is enrolling at Penn State this summer.
With scholarship offers from across the country, including Pitt, Syracuse, Virginia Tech, West Virginia, Boston College, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Michigan and Notre Dame, to name a few, Coxson decided on playing for Penn State after visiting Happy Valley this past weekend for the Blue-White Game.
Both four-start linebacker Mike Hull and four-star quarterback Paul Jones have both made their verbal commitments to the Nittany Lions as well.
BWI's Sean Fitz will have more on this breaking news as it comes in.
