Bad break for Felder

Oxon Hill (Md.) wide receiver and Penn State verbal commitment Brandon Felder was expecting big things this season. After all, his college decision was out of the way, and all he had to do was play football.
But it all changed at the end of the week.

Felder tore his Anterior Cruciate Ligament and Lateral Collateral Ligament in his knee. He will now miss the season.
"I'm doing all right," Felder said in a text message Friday evening. "It's my ACL and LCL."
The 6-foot-3, 170-pound Felder said on Thursday evening that he was really looking forward to the season.
"I'm ready for it," he said. "I've been working out a lot, jogging and stuff, trying to stay in shape. I think I put on a little weight, but I still look skinny."
Oxon Hill will meet Stephon Morris, Derrick Thomas and Eleanor Roosevelt next week.
He will be visiting Penn State for the Michigan game in October.
