Florida OL looking for chance to play in SEC

Give Johnathan Feliciano credit.

When it comes to college football recruiting, the 6-foot-4, 283-pound offensive lineman from Davie (Western), Fla., speaks his mind.

For example, Feliciano has a scholarship offer from Akron and he knows NFL star Jason Taylor attended the school. However, he's "not really interested," in the Zips.

Feliciano has his heart set on playing in a BCS league, and he'd love to play in the Southeastern Conference. One SEC team, at least, is kicking Feliciano's tires.

"I talked to one of Ole Miss' coaches," Feliciano said. "They like me and want me to go to one of their camps. I'm very, very interested. They beat Florida (last season) and they're in the SEC."

Feliciano, a tackle at the high school level who will likely move to guard in college, said he wants "to go somewhere where I can start playing early. That's my main concern. I'm probably going to move to guard. Most coaches tell me that, and I'm OK with it. Whatever gets me on the field, I'll do."

Feliciano also has a scholarship offer from Indiana, and Missouri and Central Florida are showing serious interest.
