Top 2012 DT enjoys atmosphere in Athens

In most years, the top defensive lineman in Georgia has been a pass rushing defensive end. But in 2012, a dominating interior tackle could end up as the best in the Peach State. Jenkins County junior Jonathan Taylor, at 6-foot-4, 307-pounds, emerged this summer as one of the most physically impressive lineman in the Southeast. Taylor, who competed at the Mark Richt Camp in 2009 as a rising sophomore, competed in both summer camps in Athens before getting the offer in August from head coach Mark Richt.
