ATH Issah has offer from Boston College

Zayd Issah is up to eight offers and one is from Boston College. The Eagles have been keeping an eye on Issah for a while now and they're hoping to make a move with him.

The 6-foot-3, 205-pound Harrisburg (Pa.) Central Dauphin athlete, who many believe will play linebacker in college, is one of the top prospects in the Keystone State.

Boston College hasn't had a ton of contact with Issah but the Eagles are on his mind nonetheless.

"The only time I talked to them (Boston College) was when they offered me," Issah said. "I gave Coach Commissiong a call and he let me know that I have an offer from them.

"That's one school that sends me a ton of mail so I feel like they're interested. He's told me to stay in contact so I'll give them a call soon."

Issah hasn't visited BC yet but he has been to a couple of other schools that have offered him.

Do the Eagles have a viable shot?

"I'm still looking around," he said. "Right now I don't even have a top five or anything so I really don't know. I just want to take some visits and find out more."

While Issah isn't sure about favorites he does know what he's looking for.

"Mainly their interest level in me will be the biggest thing," Issah said, referring to schools that might surge up his list.

"I'd also like to play at the highest level possible so just a combination of those two."

Issah plans on taking all of his officials and may not have a decision until after his senior season.
