As a diehard MSU fan and Alum, let me state I am not writing to be critical or sarcastic. I think JoePa is a living legend, and your wrestling program is obviously well ahead of ours and probably always will be. But it is clear your administration does not take basketball seriously as a major sport worthy of investment. DeChellis actually is respected and has a strong reputation as a coach. Is he getting the necessary support to attract talent, have top facilities and generate student and alumni enthusiasm? If the administration does not take the sport seriously, it won't matter who your coach is. I remember players like Crispin, Booth, Stephens. I'm rooting for you guys to get better and represent for the Big Ten in the shadow of those Big East schools. Talor Battle is one hell of a player as was Cornley. One last request... ask JoePa to stop kicking our asses at football! I still have the bruises from November!
