September 11, 2012 According to a source close to the Penn State football program, senior wide receiver Shawney Kersey is no longer with the team.According to the source, Kersey left the team for personal reasons. The 6-foot-1, 200 pound receiver from Woodbury, N.J., leaves the program with just 12 receptions for his career, including six this season for 44 yards.
