Thanksgiving Recruiting Cornucopia
Thanksgiving is America's harvest celebration that is symbolic of the early settler's ability to survive the bleak winter. Today it is synonymous with family feasts and football. With a little over two shopping months left before Letter of Intent signing day, we're sharing the latest recruiting developments and taking a look at the future which has become anything but bleak.
The Beavers started out fast and furious on the recruiting trail, but after struggling during the season have seen things level off. The biggest development has been the staff's ability to hold onto the class that they have.
Two cornerstones stand out so far in the 2012 class, with offensive lineman Isaac Seumalo and wide receiver Malik Gilmore leading the charge.
Honestly, offensive line recruiting has been a big positive this year as Coach Cavanaugh looks to shore up the issues that have plagued the line the past few seasons. The Beavers look to build depth and plug athletes into the two-deep immediately.
