The recruitment of Oxon Hill (Md.) wide receiver Brandon Felder is finally starting to get off the ground. The 6-foot-2.5, 167 pound receiver has had a very good spring, standing out at both the Nike Combine in Baltimore and the Nike Camp in State College.
