Penn State got a pleasant surprise on Friday when the top prospect in Western Pennsylvania, Monroeville (Pa.) Gateway linebacker Dorian Bell, made his way to State College. The five-star linebacker seemed pleased with what he saw, but he has one major concern with the Nittany Lions.
