The Class of 2010 produced a couple of top tight end prospects in the Garden State, and once again the Class of 2011 seems to be heading in the same direction. One of the top contenders at this time is Dan Foesel of Wayne (NJ) DePaul, who spoke to ScarletNation.com earlier this week about his junior season, his recruitment, and Rutgers.
