MIRAMAR, Fla.--Miramar's passing combo of Eugene (Geno) Smith and Stedman Bailey are bound for West Virginia, probably in July, so Mountaineer fans hope that wide receiver Ivan McCartney will follow.

He is not ready to make a decision from among his 17 offers.
