West Virginia signed its first player in years out of Washington (D.C.) Dunbar High School in early February, and certainly would like to pick up another pledge from Craig Jefferies' unparalleled program.

Javarie Johnson (6-3, 210) will join Deon Long when Dunbar heads outdoors for track meets in April, but when Long joins the Mountaineer program this summer, Johnson will return to Jefferies' fold for his senior year.
