Monday Spring Ball Report
Marking the second week of spring practice for the Cal football team, Monday afternoon saw the Bears in full pads as head coach Jeff Tedford and his staff put the players through numerous one-on-one and other various hitting drills. One of the longer practices so far in the spring, here are just some of the things BearTerritory witnessed.
With former Pac-10 offensive Player-of-the-Year Marshawn Lynch making a guest appearance to a catch a little bit of Monday's practice, the Bears focused tremendously on 11-on-11 "scrimmage" type drills, where coaches put players in one-on-one situations in the open field, something that Lynch knows all about.
