Pick a hot Commodity
Kale Pick, the 6-foot-1, 185-pound dual-threat quarterback from Dodge City (KS) High School received his first scholarship offer from the University of Kansas in late January. Less than a month later, Iowa State stepped up to the plate with an offer. However, another school recently extended a scholarship offer to Pick, and a number of other big-time programs have expressed an interest in the extremely talented prospect. In all, Pick is being recruited by the likes of Iowa State, Kansas, Alabama, Colorado State, Duke, LSU, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio State, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Kansas State and Nebraska. There was a time when the Jayhawks and Cyclones were the teams to beat for the talented prospect, but is that still the case?
