It looks like Florida State is really targeting Louisiana. Within the past week, the Seminole coaches have spent a lot of time in the Bayou recruiting the state's top prospects. You can add East St. John's Stefoin Francois to the list.




As for Francois, the four-star safety recently received a Florida State scholarship offer. He says he's been in constant contact with assistant coach Mark McHale and is looking to set up an official visit soon.



"I think I can go in and play early," said Francois. "It's very important to me. It's one of the biggest factors.
