With the month of September in full swing, it usually means high school seniors are closing in on their final decisions and top junior prospects are picking up their first written offers.

While it's no surprise that several 2008 prospects like quarterback Andrew Luck and defensive end R.J. Washington have grabbed their first offers, some others have shocked with incredibly high amounts.
