Decision time at QB
It's been weeks of two-a-days and grueling summer heat, with the realization that a sprained ankle here or a pulled groin their can land you in the pit where you get to do pushups in the infield dirt. Luckily the payoff has come for those hearty enough to endure all that. Fall camp is almost over, with classes starting on Wednesday. But there is still some unfinished business up on the hill.
Decision time at quarterback
After the scrimmage on Thursday the coaches said they might have a decision by the weekend. Not surprisingly, the weekend has come and gone, and Grady and Ratliff are still 1 and 1 on the depth chart. Andy Ludwig confirmed on Monday that the decision would indeed wait until after Tuesday's scrimmage, with the nod being given on Tuesday night and the public announcement being made on Wednesday morning. Ludwig said that every facet of the qbs' makeup would be scrutinized in the process to pick a starter. Everything from on field composure to how they act in the locker room and at team meals.
