Kevion Latham of Greensboro (NC) Page has spent time on several campuses this summer, in an effort to gauge where he wants to attend college on a full football scholarship.

"He went to N.C. State. He's also been to Carolina, Wake Forest, and Penn State," said Otis Yelverton, a former coach of Latham's who remains a close confidante.

Yelverton indicated that Latham especially enjoyed his visit to Penn State, and the Nittany Lions, along with the in-state Tar Heels, are near the top of his list.

"Carolina and Penn State are probably his one and two choices right now," he said. "They seem like they're on top."
