NFL Draft Analysis: Stephon Morris
When former Penn State cornerback Stephon Morris emerged from Holuba Hall Monday afternoon following his Pro Day workout, he wore his relief all over his face.
Acknowledging the stress and nervousness he felt during the buildup to his workout, Morris said he simply wanted to be as close to perfect as he possibly could have been.
"I think all that combines into adrenaline. You have so much stress and nerves built up for three months," he said. "You don't know what team you're going to or if you'll get a shot at all.
"Once I hit that field and bench pressed and my first 40, it felt like all the stress and nerves just went away and went all to adrenaline. It just helped me a lot."
