Historically, Western Pennsylvania has been the top breeding ground for FBS football talent in the state of Pennsylvania over the 32 years I've covered the commonwealth's high school football recruiting.

Western Pennsylvania's Class of 2014 may not be the best class that part of the state has produced over the past decade, but it is a solid one that could produce close to 30 Division 1 prospects.
