Penn State has 17 players making up its Class of 2013, five of whom enrolled at Penn State on Jan. 7.

By taking this approach, Penn State was able to have five players enroll in school in January, participate in winter workouts, and spring practice. And four of those five players, if you take an in-depth look at Penn State's scholarship roster for the upcoming 2013 season, are at positions where depth is a serious concern and are definitely positions of need.
