With Penn State being hit back on July 23 with onerous NCAA sanctions, one of the most frequent questions asked of Ryan Snyder of our BWI staff and myself is, "What impact will this have on recruiting for the Class of 2014, particularly in the Nittany Lions' home state of Pennsylvania?"

Part of the NCAA sanctions limits Penn State from recruiting more than 15 scholarship players in the classes of 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016. Plus, starting with the 2014 football season, Penn State is allowed to have just 65 players on its scholarship roster.
