Now that it appears an agreement between Penn State and Bill O'Brien seems to have consummated, it's time to move on and talk some football as O'Brien and his staff finish up recruiting for the Class of 2013 and get ready for spring practice.

Near the conclusion of O'Brien's press conference on Monday, he was asked a question about the quarterback position going into spring practice and if there were any kids that were redshirted in the fall who impressed him and put themselves in a position to get some quality playing time in 2013.
