In our Inside Look on Friday (Nov. 16) I took a look at the situation with Penn State's three official visits for the this past weekend's Indiana game. Those visits were from Iowa Western C.C. JUCO QB Jake Waters (6-3, 215) and JUCO RB Aaron Wimberly (5-11, 185) and DL/DT Parker Cothren (6-5, 265) from Hazel Green, Ala., plus I looked at Penn State's returning starters for the 2013 season on offense to show why I believe Penn State has a legitimate chance of duplicating or improving upon is 2012 season record in 2013.
