If you were interested in finding out the mood of the Penn State football program this week following its 35-23 loss to Ohio State Saturday night at Beaver Stadium, you need look no further than head coach Bill O'Brien's first response to the first question of his weekly press conference Wednesday afternoon.

Veteran Penn State beat writer Rich Scarcella was given the first question for O'Brien and it went as follows:

"Now that you've had a chance to review the film, why do you think your team committed so many penalties against Ohio State?"
