All things considered, 119 days into the recruitment for Penn State's Class of 2013 what new head coach Bill O'Brien has been able to accomplish might describe as being of miracle proportions to some.

After having a Junior Day on Feb. 18 with close to 70 participants, Coach O'Brien and his staff have been able to recruit what I believe is one of the top 15 recruiting classes in the country with more than eight full months until signing day.
