John Handley High School (Winchester, Va.) nose guard Derek Dowrey got an offer from West Virginia a little over a week ago, and on Saturday the defensive lineman made his first trip to Morgantown for the first one-day camp of the summer.

During the visit, Dowrey had the opportunity to check out the facilities and was impressed with the close proximity of the facilities on campus.
