The search for tight end talent continues and it appears as though Rutgers has found a worthy candidate in William Penn's (DE) Kyle Carter. The 6-foot-4, 210 pound Carter has already been up to Piscataway and will visit once again on March 27th when he will get another chance to tour the campus.
