In the Class of 2009, RU signed three players from Delaware, and today the Scarlet Knights continue to search the state for talent. Junior TE Kyle Carter of New Castle (DE) William Penn, is one of the recruits from Delaware that RU has turned their attention to, and Carter returned the favor this past weekend by attending the RU Junior Day.
